ZOOM ADVOCACY: BEST (AND WORST) PRACTICES – VIEWS AND TIPS FROM THE BENCH AND BAR
Details: The Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association will be hosting this event, which is open to all members and non-members. The webinar will include a moderated discussion regarding best practices for conducting mediations, depositions, and court proceedings, including evidentiary and non-evidentiary hearings and trials using remote audio and video technology. The program will be moderated by The Honorable Anthony Porcelli, and will include contributions and presentations from Jason Stearns (Freeborn & Peters LLP), Kevin Johnson (Johnson Jackson PLLC), Chris Griffin (Griffin Mediation), Steven Dupre (Carlton Fields), Erik Johanson (Jennis Law Firm), and Alec Hall (Federal Public Defender). Participants may interact with the panelists via live chat, question window, and online polling. The FBA is in the process of applying for CLE Credit.
