The Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the George Edgecomb Bar Association are proud to present Gideon v. Wainwright: A Discussion About the Right to Counsel as Fundamental and Essential to Fair Trials to be held on April 21, at 4:00 p.m. at the Jury Assembly Room of the Sam Gibbons Federal Courthouse.

This CLE-approved event will feature a panel with Magistrate Judge Mark Pizzo and Middle District of Florida Public Defender Alec Hall, moderated by District Judge Mary Scriven. Immediately following the CLE program, a reception will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m at Le Méridien and will provide an opportunity to meet the new Middle District of Florida Public Defender.
