2021 Virtual Law Summer Camp

Attention Current 9th, 10th and 11th grade high school students in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Sarasota, Manatee , Hardee, and Hernando Counties:

Participate for free in a week-long Virtual Law Summer Camp presented by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.

Dates:  Monday, June 28 through Friday, July 2, 2021 (M, T, W, R, F)

Time:  10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, each day

Place:  Completely Virtual

Summary:  This fun, interactive camp will give high school students an inside view of the federal legal system. Hear from federal and state judges as well as experienced professionals about how our federal courts work. Learn about criminal and civil law. Learn from experts in internet privacy and an industry leader in the First Amendment. Gain an understanding of implicit bias.  The program is packed with highly-esteemed, subject matter gurus and will be focused on engaging high school students.  This program is perfect for high school students who want to better understand the federal legal system.
