Issue Preservation in Federal Court

This two-part, virtual series will educate young lawyers, law students, and those new to federal practice on the unique aspects of practicing in federal court. It will provide resources for navigating a case, whether for pro bono, private practice, or public service. CLE credit pending.
Part 1 will feature a panel discussion moderated by Hon. Susan Rothstein-Youakim of Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. The panel will address current issues and developments regarding issue preservation in federal court. Our panelists will include: Thomas Burns, Founding Shareholder, Burns, P.A.; Hala Sandridge, Shareholder, and Co-Head of the Tampa Office, Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C.; and Germaine Seider, Assistant United States Attorney, Middle District of Florida, Appellate Division.
