2020 FEDERAL PRACTICE SEMINAR
This three-part virtual seminar will educate young lawyers, law students, and those new to federal practice on the unique aspects of practicing in federal court. It will provide resources for navigating a case, whether for pro bono, private practice, or public service. CLE credit available.
Part 1: A Judge’s Perspective on the Science and Art of Legal Writing
The Hon. Robert Bacharach will share his unique perspective on clarity in legal writing. Prior to being appointed to the Tenth Circuit in 2013, Judge Bacharach served as a Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma. Judge Bacharach will present four principles of clarity in legal writing
Free for FBA members, law students, and members of the judiciary.
