2017 Federal Court Practice Seminar

The objective of the seminar is to educate young lawyers, law students, and those new to federal practice on the unique aspects of practicing in federal court and provide resources for navigating through a case, whether it is part of pro bono, private practice or public service. Join us as experienced federal court practitioners offer their advice, insight, and best practices on: E-Discovery, pre-trial procedures, case management, motion practice, removal, and successfully preserving issues for appeal. The Seminar will conclude with a Practice Pointers Panel featuring members of the federal judiciary. All attendees are invited to attend a FBA YLD Reception immediately following the seminar at TAPS (777 N. Ashley Drive).
